• Service providers — Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database) process data on our behalf

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Quote data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after deletion to support dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account settings page.

7. Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We also use browser local storage for non-sensitive UI preferences such as theme settings, checklist progress, and dismissed notification states. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the platform is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

7.1 Anonymized Market Data

We may collect and analyze anonymized, aggregated data from quotes, budgets, and planning activity to develop market insights and pricing benchmarks that improve the platform for all users.
